On the third and last floor, this 55m2 apartment will seduce you with its great calm. The entrance takes you to the very bright living room and the fully equipped independent kitchen. You will then find a large bedroom with an office area (and a very pretty view of Saint-Vincent Abbey).

The living room is nicely decorated with old furniture from our family and drawings from the 18th century. A fireplace (non-functional) in the living room and bedroom.

Don't trust the photos of the exterior: the ceiling height is 2.80m!
